ROOTED | The Devotional Virtual Series
A 5-week guided virtual experience
This series offers a sacred space to slow down, breathe, journal, and reconnect. Each session gently introduces you to the six ROOTED pillars—Reset, Observe, Orient, Talk, Exercise, and Disrupt—and guides your through simple, faith-infused and science-supported practices to reduce stress, restore clarity, and cultivate peace. The ROOTED 90-Day Sacred Transformation Devotional is required for this experience, serving as the central guide to create rhythms of spiritual, emotional, and nervous-system restoration in the middle of your everyday life.

A 3-month virtual journey
This intimate experience is created for women ready to deepen their growth, expand in community, and stay grounded in transformation. This experience weaves reflection, faith-rooted insight, science-supported psychoeducation, and intentional connection—offering a supportive space to integrate what you’re learning and nurture your wellness.

ROOTED | The RESET Virtual Wellness Retreat
A 2.5 hour live virtual experience
When life pulls you in every direction, this retreat gives you space to pause, breathe, and RESET. In this 2.5-hour virtual experience, you’ll learn and participate in micro-practices that make up the RESET pillar, to calm your nervous system, reconnect with your values, and step into your next season grounded and clear.
